Pineapple Chicken Casserole

2 cups cooked, diced chicken

10-3/4 oz. Can mushroom soup

8-oz. Can pineapple chunks with juice

1 cup diced celery

3 – 4 cups cooked rice

2 tablespoons chopped onion

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 green pepper, chopped

1/2 cup crushed potato chips

 Combine all ingredients except potato chips in a 5-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Serves. 6.
