Baked Brussel Sprouts

Take 2 to 4 bags of Frozen baby brussel sprouts – must be frozen, not fresh. Put into a glass casserole dish (do not use metal) use glass or corning ware. Put just enough olive oil on to glisten each brussel sprout. But do not saturate. Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour, stirring half way through. They will brown up a bit on the outside. These are delicious this way.
