Brenda’s Style Potato Salad

6 large red potatoes scrubbed and diced

6 hard boiled eggs

4 – 6 strips bacon make into bits

3/4 cups chopped onion

1 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup vinegar

1/4 tsp white pepper

1/4 tsp celery salt

 

In a large bowl combine onion, egg, bacon and potatoes.  Toss.  Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and blend well.  Pour over potatoes and vegetables.  Serve warm.  Red potatoes make for nice color but any thin skinned potato is ok.
