Cornbread Casserole

1 Can Whole Corn (the taller can not the shorter size)

1 Can Cream Corn

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 stick butter, melted

2 egg slightly beaten

1 box Jiffey Cornbread mix (this is the .99 cent stuff usually in the cornbread area)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

 

Simply mix altogether and I usually do this right in the dish which is a 9 x 13 glass or metal baking dish (no need to grease pan). Bake in 350 degree preheated oven and the official recipe says 45 minutes, it usually takes about an hour to turn brown on top small can pimentos or green chiliesfor a change in flavor.
