1 corned beef brisket
3 – 5 white potatoes peeled and quartered
1 small head cabbage quartered
2-3 cup water
1/2 can beer
Place potatoes in bottom of crock pot with water and beer then place corned beef on top of potatoes. Sprinkle seasoning packet over corned beef. Liquid should cover potatoes and the bottom of the meat, add more water to get to this level. Place cabbage on top of brisket then cover, this may be a tight fit. Slow cook on high setting for 8 hours. Let meat rest on cutting board 10 minutes before slicing.
