Potatoes in jackets, scrubbed (red is favorite) and diced (large chunks aprox 1 inch square) or thick slices.
1 Vidalia Onion diced
Salt & Pepper & Rosemary
Olive or Vegetable Oil
Lipton Secrets Herb/Garlic (or garlic powder, dried oregano, basil or herbs of choice)
Coat metal baking pan with oil (I like olive oil). Place potatoes and onions in baking pan. Sprinke with salt & pepper and ¼ envelope of Lipton Secrets/Herbs and a couple pinches of rosemary. Drizzle 1 or 2 tblsp of oil over top and mix. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 350° for 50 minutes-1 hour. May be cooked on gas grill for 1 hour on low heat.
