Pork Roast in Crock Pot

1 Pork Roast (cheap pork roast with bone in OK)

1 1 lb. Bag baby carrots

4 – 6 red potatoes

Salt, pepper, garlic powder & rosemary

Corn Starch to thicken gravy

Place pork roast in crock pot and 1/2 cup water.  Season top of roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.  Dump in baby carrots.  Scrub red potatoes, leave skins on and cut into quarters and add to crock-pot.  Sprinkle salt over vegetables and crushed rosemary.  Cook on low 8 hours.  Remove vegetables from crock-pot and pour off liquids to separate pan to make gravy.  Pork will be fall apart tender so remove carefully from crock to meat platter.
