RIPE OLIVE DIP

1 cup ripe olives, coarsley chopped

8 ounces sharp cheese, finely chopped

1/4 cup Mayo

2 Tabspoons finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Toast rounds

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.

To use hot, spread mixture on toast and broil until chees melts.

Yield: about two cups..24 servings.

To serve chilled, form balls from a teaspoon of mixture; roll in chopped parsley, sesame seeds, or chili powder.

Chill and serve with Melba Toast.

To use as a dip, mix equal parts of mixture with sour cream.

Serve with crackers or chips
