Roasted Vegetables

Yellow Squash sliced 1 inch thick and then quarter slices

Zucchini sliced 1 inch thick and then quarter slices

Bell Pepper diced in large pieces

Onion diced in large pieces

Mushrooms cut in ½ or ¼

Lipton Secrets Herb/Garlic (or garlic powder, dried oregano, basil or herbs of choice)

RosemaryVegetable Oil

Coat metal baking pan with vegetable oil (I like olive oil). Place vegetables in baking pan. Sprinkle with ¼ envelope of Lipton Secrets/Herbs and couple pinches of rosemary. Drizzle 1 or 2 tblsp of oil over top and mix. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes. May be cooked on gas grill on low heat.
