1 small head cabbage
2 large carrots pealed (two bags of pre-grated cole slaw can be sub for cabbage and carrots)
1/2 green bell pepper (optional)
1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or white but cider best)
Grate cabbage, carrots and bell pepper. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and blend with grated vegetables. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour before serving so it will get juicy.
