Chocolate Cake with Butter Icing

1 cup Miracle Whip

4 tblsp cocoa

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

1/4 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Baking soda

1 cup cold water

Combine Miracle Whip with sugar, blend; add remaining ingredients and stir well. Bake 350 for 40 – 50 minutes in 8 x 10 pan. Cake batter taste awful but cake is great. Refrigerate cake, colder cake is more flavorful. Frost with the following: Whip 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine, 2 cups powder sugar and 1 egg white.
