Fudge Brownies Easy Bake From Scratch

4 eggs

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups sugar

2 tsp vanilla

4 squares baker’s chocolate (melted & cooled)

1 cup vegetable oil

1 1/2 cup flour

1 cup chopped nuts

 

Beat eggs with sugar, mix thoroughly. Add salt and vanilla. Blend in oil and chocolate. Fold in flour and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 25 –30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Before cutting, ice with chocolate fudge icing if desired..
