Fuzzy Navel Cake


1 box yellow cake mix

1/2 cup oil

1 pkg 6 oz instant vanilla pudding

4 eggs

3/4 cup peach schnapps

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 tsp orange extract


4 tblsp peach schnapps

2 tblsp orange juice

1 cup powder sugar


Combine cake ingredients and blend well on medium speed. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan and bake 350 for 45 – 50 minutes. Remove cake from oven and sit pan on cooling rack. Prick cake deeply every inch with fork. Blend glaze ingredients until smooth. Spoon half of glaze over hot cake while still in pan. Let stand 10 minutes. Invert cake onto serving plate and spoon remaining glaze over cake. Sprinkle with powder sugar once completely cooled if desired. Can garnish with orange slices if desired.
