3 oz sugar free vanilla cook & serve pudding
3 oz sugar free strawberry jello
8 oz lite coolwhip (thawed)
2 ½ cups water
Place water, jello, and pudding into a pot and cook on medium flame until it boils. Let cool until almost set, stirring about every 15 minutes. Fold in coolwhip. Place in dessert cups or bowls.
Makes 1 ½ pts. Or about 8 servings.
