Breakfast Sausage Casserole

1 lb bulk sausage cooked, crumbled and drained

6 eggs

2 slices bread cut into cubes

2 cups milk

1 cup shredded sharp cheese

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Spread bread cubes in buttered 12 x 8 x 2 bake dish and top with crumbed sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Beat well and pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. In AM bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30 -40 minutes. Makes 6 – 8 servings.
