Ham & Swiss Pie

2 cups fully cooked ham

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1/3 cup chopped green onions

4 eggs

2 cups milk

1 cup Bisquick

salt & pepper to taste

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese, and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Yields 6 – 8
