Crockpot Cheeseburger Bacon Soup

1 pound ground beef browned

4 cups diced potatoes

1 15 oz can diced tomato

1/2 bell pepper diced

1/2 cup diced carrots

1 onion diced

2 stalks celery diced

3 cloves garlic minced

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

salt & pepper to taste

32 oz beef stock

Add everyting to slowe cooker and put on high for 3-4 hours.  Add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup flour and 1 cup heavy cream and blend till thickened.  Garnich with more cheddar and bacon bits.
